- Force quit Safari, restart your computer, and try Netflix again. Delete the Netflix IndexedDB Files. Delete the database files that Netflix stored on your device. Exit Safari and launch Finder. Hold the Option key, navigate to the Go menu and click on Library. Open the Safari folder within the Library folder. Locate and open the Databases folder.
